I am not broken. I am built with the same care as everything that grows.

12 February 20268 June 2025

It’s so easy to feel like something is wrong with us—like we missed a step or cracked under pressure, like we’re the only ones walking around trying to hold ourselves together while everyone else seems perfectly stitched.

But growth doesn’t look tidy. Nothing in nature grows without change, without discomfort, without weathering a few storms. Trees don’t sprout overnight. Flowers don’t bloom without pushing through darkness first. And even the strongest mountains shift with time. So why would we expect our own becoming to be smooth or flawless?

You’re not broken. You’re human. You’re growing, evolving, surviving—and that’s not a flaw. It’s a miracle.

The same force that shaped the oceans and built the forests shaped you—with intention, with resilience, with care. You are not a mistake. You are not behind. You are not ruined because of what you’ve been through.

You are built with the same deep intelligence as every living thing. And you’re still growing—even if some days feel hard, even if you don’t feel like much is blooming yet. You are whole, even in process. You are enough, even in your healing.
