ABOUT

I’m Kate. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk with you.

I’ve lived through a lot of unlearning. The kind that begins with shame and ends—eventually—in softness. I used to think healing meant becoming someone new. Now I know it’s more about remembering who I’ve been all along.

I’m a writer, a mother, a naturalist, and someone who has fallen apart more than once. I carry stories in my body—grief, weight, tenderness, fierce hope. I’m learning how to live from a place that isn’t performance or perfection, but presence. Not “one day I’ll be enough,” but “I already am.”

This space was born out of that shift. Out of the quiet ache to stop hiding. To stop punishing myself. To stop chasing some version of life that never truly felt like mine. What I write here isn’t polished advice—it’s real reflection. It’s what I need to hear, too.

I write for:

– The woman who feels too heavy for the world’s beauty standards but still wants to feel beautiful in her own skin.
– The parent who wants connection more than control.
– The person starting again after heartbreak, not because it’s easy—but because love still matters.
– The one who’s tired of hustle, and wants a slower, simpler, kinder way to live.

My work is grounded in a naturalist worldview. That means I trust the earth’s wisdom, the body’s truth, and the cycles of growth, decay, and renewal. I don’t rely on magical thinking or spiritual bypassing. I believe healing happens when we’re honest, present, and deeply compassionate with ourselves.

This is a space for truth, softness, and rebuilding. You don’t have to be healed to be here. You just have to be human.

With you,
Kate
