Group Coaching for Employers
Managing a home and leading a domestic worker requires skill, patience, and a clear understanding of expectations. Many employers struggle with communication, boundaries, and managing work relationships in a way that fosters mutual respect and long-term stability.
At Graceful, our Group Coaching Program is designed to help employers learn, grow, and transform their approach to household management in a supportive and interactive environment. This program provides a structured way to develop essential leadership skills, navigate challenges, and build a strong, professional relationship with domestic workers.
Why Group Coaching?
Many employers face similar struggles in managing their household staff—high turnover, miscommunication, unmet expectations, and unresolved conflicts. In a group setting, participants benefit from:
- Shared Learning – Hearing real-life experiences from others facing similar challenges.
- Guided Coaching – Structured sessions led by experienced facilitators who provide practical strategies.
- Problem-Solving Support – Learning how to handle difficult situations with confidence.
- Encouragement & Accountability – Being part of a group that supports and motivates each other toward positive change.
