- Graceful does not act as a recruitment agency and does not guarantee placements.
- Clients are responsible for the final hiring decision.
6.3 Consultations (Online and In-Person)
- Consultations offer personalized advice on domestic worker management.
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and full payment is required beforehand.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
6.4 Group Coaching
- Group coaching programs help employers improve household management through guided discussions.
- Participants are expected to attend all sessions; there will be no repeat classes or refunds for missed sessions.
- Discussions in group coaching are confidential, and participants are expected to respect privacy guidelines.
7. Website Use
