All coaching programs, training sessions, and placement services are offered on a prepayment basis. Payments must be made in full before services are rendered. Payment methods accepted may include bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by Graceful.
2.2 Refund Policy:
There is no cancellation or refund policy for any of our services. Clients are encouraged to ensure they fully understand the service terms before making a payment. In exceptional circumstances where Graceful is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, clients may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Graceful.
3. Confidentiality
3.1 Confidentiality Agreement:
We utilise anonymity to educate based on information shared during our coaching sessions, training programmes, consultations, and placement services. All discussions and information shared during these sessions are treated with confidentiality. This includes details provided by clients, participants, or employees of Graceful. 6.1.3 Personal Responsibility:
Clients acknowledge that the success of coaching depends on their active participation and commitment to implementing recommended strategies. Graceful shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from the client’s failure to follow advice or recommendations provided during coaching sessions.
6.1.4 Payment and Refund Policy:

6.2 Training for Maids and Nannies
6.2.1 Training Objectives:
Training aims to improve the skills and professionalism of maids and nannies in areas such as cleaning techniques, childcare, and communication skills. Participants are expected to actively engage in training sessions and complete all assigned tasks.
6.2.2 Employer Preparation:
Employers are responsible for preparing the maid or nanny for training sessions, ensuring they are not engaged in work during the training period to allow for full participation. Employers should provide a conducive learning environment and support the maid or nanny’s attendance at training sessions.
6.2.3 Participation Requirements:
Participants in group training sessions conducted in agencies are subject to the same terms and conditions as individual participants. Employers must ensure that maids and nannies attend training sessions punctually and actively participate in all activities.
6.3 Corporate Training for Employees Managing Domestic Workers
6.3.1 Training Scope:
Corporate training helps companies support their employees in managing domestic workers effectively. Training focuses on fostering harmonious relationships between employees and their maids and nannies, reducing absenteeism due to domestic issues, and improving overall productivity.
6.3.2 Customization:
Training sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the organization, taking into account factors such as company culture, employee demographics, and specific challenges faced by employees in managing domestic workers.
6.3.3 Payment Terms:
Corporate training programs are offered on a prepaid basis, and payment must be made in full before training sessions are scheduled. Graceful reserves the right to modify the training curriculum or schedule at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Consultations (Online and Physical)
6.4.1 Consultation Requests:
Consultations are available for specific issues related to housekeeping, childcare, and employer-domestic worker relationships. Clients must schedule consultations in advance and adhere to the agreed-upon time.
6.4.2 Payment and Scheduling:
Consultation fees are payable in advance, and payment must be made in full before the consultation session is scheduled. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and preparing relevant materials or documents for the consultation.
6.4.3 Confidentiality:
All information shared during consultation sessions is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express consent of the client, except as required by law.
6.6 Group Coaching (Cohort) Participation
6.6.1 Session Attendance:
Participants in the monthly cohort are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. There will be no repeat classes or refunds for missed sessions. Graceful reserves the right to modify the cohort schedule or content at any time without prior notice.
6.6.2 Participant Conduct:
Participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during cohort sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the cohort without refund.
6.6.3 Confidentiality:
All information shared during cohort sessions, including discussions, materials, and participant contributions, is confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent.
