Companionship for the slow, honest rebuilding.

If you’ve found your way to this page, maybe something in you is stirring. Maybe you’ve been quietly carrying things for years—old shame, grief, confusion, longing—and you’re ready to stop doing it alone. You don’t need fixing. You don’t need saving. You need a space where you can land honestly and gently. I offer that kind of space.

What I Offer

I don’t do traditional coaching. What I offer is grounded emotional companionship—gentle, one-on-one sessions for people who are healing from emotional overwhelm, body shame, parenting wounds, relationship grief, or the quiet ache of starting over.

This is for you if:

  • You’re craving a safe, natural, non-judging space to speak your truth
  • You want to make peace with your body, your past, or your money story
  • You’re rebuilding your life after divorce/separation, burnout, or loss
  • You’re tired of spiritual bypassing and just want realness
  • You long for healing that’s rooted in nature, reality, and self-trust

What Our Sessions Feel Like

Think of it as a slow walk with someone who listens deeply. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

We might talk about:

  • How to create rituals that bring you peace
  • Letting go of perfectionism in parenting
  • Making space for your desires without shame
  • Learning to listen to your body as it is, not as it “should” be
  • Finding financial clarity that aligns with your real values

Every session is shaped by your pace, your voice, your needs. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.

Ways We Can Work Together

Grounded Companion Session
A 60-minute one-on-one session via Google Meet. No fixing, no pressure—just deep listening, gentle reflection, and practical grounding for whatever you’re carrying.

Email Support Packages (coming soon)
For those who process best through writing. Ongoing, thoughtful support via email—slow, sacred, and at your rhythm.

Voice Note Check-Ins (available selectively)
Gentle back-and-forth through voice notes for emotional support between sessions. Like having a healing friend in your pocket.
